All Bergen Polish Pottery is first quality, directly from Poland. Slight variations in design, form, size or weight may exist due to individual craftsmanship of items. Bergen Polish Pottery is first quality, dishwasher, microwave and oven safe, chip resistant and lead free.
Unikat designs are oven safe to 350 degrees, while Traditional designs are temperture safe to 375 degrees. Please allow adequate time between extreme temperature changes to avoid breakage.

Web site orders and e-mail orders may be placed any time of day, all week. Shipping
All Bergen Polish Pottery is shipped UPS ground service in UPS approved packaging to all 48 contiguous states. (Please e-mail or phone for orders outside the contiguous United States). At customer's request, packages will be sent UPS overnight express. Customer bears all actual costs of shipping unless otherwise previously arranged between customer and Bergen Polish Pottery. All in stock items normally ship within 3-5 days of order. Fundraising

In case of shippng, all damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to Bergen Polish Pottery. Please retain all original packaging for inspection by UPS.
Merchandise exchanges accepted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping for returned merchandise. Wholesale
