Merchandise
All Bergen Polish Pottery is first quality, directly from Poland.  Bergen Polish Pottery is first quality, dishwasher, microwave and oven safe, chip resistant and lead free. Slight variations in design, form, size or weight may exist due to individual craftsmanship of items. Unikat designs are oven safe to 350 degrees, while Traditional designs are temperture safe to 375 degrees. Please allow adequate time between extreme temperature changes to avoid breakage. Items and patterns are subject to availability. Prices subject to change.

Method of Payment
Bergen Polish Pottery accepts Master Card, VISA, Discover and personal checks.  All methods of payment are secure and will be confirmed at time of purchase.

Phone Orders
All phone orders (201-664-6100) may be placed within regular business hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Web site orders  and e-mail orders may be placed any time.

Shipping
All Bergen Polish Pottery is shipped UPS ground service in UPS approved packaging to all 48 contiguous states.  (Please e-mail or phone for orders outside the contiguous United States).  At customer's request, packages will be sent UPS overnight express.  Customer bears all actual costs of shipping unless otherwise previously arranged between customer and Bergen Polish Pottery.  All in stock items normally ship within 3-5 days of order.

Gift Cards/Certificates
Gift cards available upon request by e-mail or phone order (201-664-6100).  Denominations begin at $20- and are available in $5- increments. 

Sale Items
